(Nasdaq: EXTR), a leading provider of converged Ethernet networks that support data, voice and video for enterprises and service providers, today announced that it has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification. This summarizes why TÜV America has recommended Extreme Networks for certification to the ISO 9001:2000 standard on their initial certification audit.”

"The completion of ISO certification is a key milestone that matches our organization-wide commitment to quality standards and excellence that will resonate well with our many global partners and customers,” said Mark Canepa, president and CEO of Extreme Networks. “We are very pleased to have achieved our goal of ISO 9001:200 compliance and look forward to continually improving our business processes in the years ahead.”
