Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective January 8, 2024, Joe Vitalone will no longer serve as Chief Revenue Officer of Extreme Networks, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). Upon stepping down as Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Vitalone will remain an employee of the Company in an advisory role; however, he will no longer be an executive officer of the Company.
